A sanctuary brought to you

A Casa Yogita sound bath in a living room. Crystal singing bowls, floor cushions, guests resting

The Sanctuary

We bring the whole room with us.

Casa Yogita is not a place you travel to. It’s a sanctuary we carry and bring into your living room, garden, studio, or rented loft.

Crystal bowls and immersive sound baths fill the room with grounding frequencies, transforming the space into a sanctuary for rest, healing, and return.

Each gathering is held by Casa Yogita with care given to every detail of the experience. The point isn’t simply a class. It’s a ritual.

A shift. A reset. A return to self.

And something stays with you after.

Experiences

Four ways to slow down.

Each experience can stand alone, or be woven together for a longer gathering. A private event, a corporate wellness day, a slow morning with friends.

    The Tea Ritual

90 min · up to 20 guests · Year round

We begin with breathwork to settle the body, followed by a guided meditation into stillness.

From there, a crystal bowl sound bath carries the space in grounding frequency.

We slowly rise into a tea ceremony, sharing warm tea in quiet presence. During tea, affirmation cards are pulled and reflected on. Simple prompts to close the circle.

An invitation to arrive fully, and leave gently.

    Sound Bath

60 min · up to 20 guests · inquire for larger groups

A layered sound journey led by crystal bowls, rain drums, gong, and chimes. Waves of tone move through the space, inviting the body to soften and the mind to quiet.

You lie back and receive, held in sound as it shifts something deeper than words can reach.

A restorative experience that clears, releases, and gently brings you back to yourself.

Designed to support nervous system regulation and bring the body back into balance.

    Vision Board Workshop

3 hours · up to 20 guests · inquire for larger groups

We begin with a guided meditation to ground intention and clarify what you’re calling in.

A sound bath follows, helping the body settle while the mind opens and receives.

From that space, we move into a vision board workshop, cutting, creating, and shaping what you want to bring into reality, together in community.

A Gathering

How a Casa unfolds in your space.

You give us a room and a few hours. We bring everything else. The kettle, the bowls, the candles, the cushions, the quiet. You don't need to lift a thing.

  1. 01We arrive and set the space with matching yoga mats, crystal bowls, and a gong, creating a simple altar and placing affirmation cards for the circle.
  2. 02Guests arrive into a prepared space and settle onto their mats. Nothing to do but land and arrive as they are.
  3. 03We begin with breathwork, easing into a guided meditation centered on a theme chosen by you, gently drawing attention inward.
  4. 04From there, a sound bath unfolds, held by Casa Yogita. Crystal bowls and the deep resonance of a gong move through the space in layered waves of sound.
  5. 05We slowly come back together for tea, affirmation card pulling, and a short journaling moment. There is space to share, or simply sit in quiet reflection.
  6. 06We close by packing down and returning the space as we found it, softly and with care.
